March's Greatest Hits

March has been filled with giggles around our house. It's also been a big month for Molly with the emergence of her two bottom front teeth. She also made a strong showing at her 6 month checkup weighing in at a whooping 18 lbs 2.5 oz and measuring 28 inches tall. As Rob likes to say, she's got an athletic build!

Molly and Gavin are really beginning to enjoy one another's company. Molly also is quite interested in her furry friend Lucy.

Cherry Blossom Kite Festival

Yesterday, we walked down to the National Mall to check out the kite festival. Gavin even tried out our little kite from the beach last summer.

We couldn't believe the sheer volume and variety of kites. It was colorful!

One of favorite kits was a wave with clownfish and sharks attached. How cool is that!

March Madness!

Molly is doing her best to stay up on the March Madness!

The Greatest Show on Earth!

On March 16, Rob took the kids to the Capitol to see the annual elephant parade to the Verizon Center where the circus is held. It was a big hit!

Gavin's favorite presidents - George, Teddy, and Abe -- were there as well.

Everyone was all smiles during the big outing!

Smiling Baby!

This week gave us even more reasons to be thankful for our two beautiful children and to cherish every moment with them. Here's a recent picture of our sweet baby girl!
