Grammy's Retirement Party Weekend

In early June, we went home for Grammy's retirement celebration.  It was held at the Lebanon Historical Society, and the kids really got revolutionary!

Grammy was thrilled to have all FIVE of her grandchildren attend the celebration, including little Ainsley -- just a few weeks old!

Super cool cake for a super teacher!

Smiles all around -- you're (almost) done, Grammy!

Happy 6th Birthday, Gavin!

On May 21st, Gavin turned SIX!

LEGO Party for Gavin's Sixth Birthday

We co-hosted a LEGO birthday party this year for Gavin with his buddy, Charlie.  The best thing is that the other mom was a graphic designer.  With her design expertise and ideas from pinterest, we nailed it!

One of my favorite parts was hearing the kids' guesses on how many LEGOS were in the jar.  Molly had the best guess as she just wrote her name!

LEGO cookies baked by Nonnie and decorated by the kids.

The boys even helped with the decorating . . . .

"Pin the Bat" on the Gavin and Charlie minifigures!

The boys and girls in our makeshift Building Zone.

The enormous homemade LEGO cake with fresh strawberry filling.

And, last but not least, our LEGO minifig piƱata.  It held up too well to the blows of 20 six year olds.

Happy 6th birthday, G-Man!

Molly's Spring Preschool Concert

Molly's Preschool put on a lovely Spring concert in early May.  Where's Molly?  Can you find her in the picture below?

Here's some pictures from before the show.  Wish we could allow time to stand still for a bit while these two kids are so wonderfully sweet!
